Had a great time staying with friends! We loved exploring the nearby attractions and had plenty of fun. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff made our stay enjoyable. Just a heads-up , the reception area could use a brighter...  

The location is good, especially for visiting local attractions. The room was quiet and spacious, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The heating system worked well, keeping the room cozy, which was appreciated during the chilly nights. Staff members were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. the towels provided were insufficient for three people. we only received two bath towels. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better as there was an unpleasant smell. The furniture showed signs of wear, with some stains on the carpet that were off-putting. The breakfast options lacked variety and could use some improvement in quality. Some of the items tasted stale. Despite these issues, it was a decent stay overall, but there are definitely areas that need attention for a more pleasant experience.

I had a great stay here, enjoying the short walk to Derby Museum and Art Gallery and the nearby Meynell Langley Gardens which made my city strolls delightful and relaxing. the staff were friendly and helpful during my visit.
